Manager Biography:
Kenneth Smith is a hands on manager of eight years at this location. He has had much success with improving the quality of service at the restaurant as well as with lowering the costs of doing so. He has had two record breaking profitable years in the past eight. The operations management has improved under Kenneth as well. He has implemented less employees for slower times during the days, and has scheduled more employees during rushes throughout the day. Overall he has been a very successful manager and has implemented many effective and profitable operations throughout. He has also hired two new assistant managers below him in order to change all management from the previous system. Now the restaurant employees have all been trained based on his way of running the business.
